Working Principle
1. Feeding: Tires (whole tires or cut tire blocks) enter the shredding chamber through the conveyor belt or hydraulic pushing system.
2. Shredding: The single-shaft rotor drives the blades to rotate at high speed, breaking the tires into small pieces through shearing, squeezing and tearing.
3. Sorting: The crushed materials are filtered through a screen, and the materials that do not meet the size requirements are returned for further crushing. Steel wires and fibers are separated through subsequent magnetic separation and sorting machines.
